Description

The Nephron Physiological Map is constructed through the curation of literature evidence and pathway resources. A Physiological Map is a type of Disease Map focused on the underlying undisturbed physiological processes. This work is performed in close collaboration with domain experts. This map is developed to study chemical-induced nephrolithiasis (crystallopathy) and tubular necrosis in the ONTOX project.
