Description

The COVID-19 Disease Map project is a broad communnity effort with more than 200 contributors. If offers a knowledge repository of molecular mechanisms of COVID-19. The COVID-19 Disease Map is an assembly of molecular interaction diagrams established based on literature evidence. The focus is on host-pathogen interactions specific to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This work is done in close collaboration with WikiPathways and Reactome.
